ARVION Standard

A defined set of technical requirements, work principles and documentation standards that apply to every ARVION project - without exception.

What is ARVION Standard?

ARVION Standard is an internal technical document that specifies minimum quality requirements for every execution trade. It is not a vague set of intentions - it is a set of specific, measurable requirements concerning how works are executed, what materials and technologies are used, and the scope of required documentation.

Every ARVION project - regardless of scope and value - is executed to the same standard. The document applies to all ARVION team members and serves as the basis for quality assessment during handover inspections. It is a tool that converts quality declarations into a verifiable standard.

10 ARVION Standard principles

Ten principles that define the way of working, execution culture and level of accountability on every ARVION project.

01Precision above all
02Process transparency
03Work based on ARVION Standard
04Order and organisation at every stage
05Professional communication
06Best tools and materials
07Respect for client's space
08Deadline predictability
09Zero improvisation, zero chaos
10Accountability for the final result

Technical standard areas

Below are the specific technical requirements that apply in each area of execution. These requirements are non-negotiable - they represent the minimum quality threshold below which ARVION does not carry out works.

Electrical installation

  • Installations carried out in accordance with PN 60364 standards.
  • Cables are routed in an orderly manner - vertically and horizontally, parallel to the edges of walls, ceilings and floors.
  • Cables are routed in fixed installation zones: minimum 20 cm from wall edges, vertically in line with boxes and sockets.
  • At sockets and electrical points, a logical and legible installation layout is maintained.
  • Every circuit in the distribution board is clearly labelled (for newly created circuits).
  • All sockets have earthing.
  • Before concealing the installation, we check correct operation and circuit continuity.
  • We prepare a cable routing installation diagram for the client.

Plumbing

  • Hot and cold water installations are clearly marked and routed in an orderly manner, with correct directions maintained.
  • Before concealing the installation, we carry out a tightness test (pressure test).
  • We ensure correct routing of the drainage installation, including appropriate falls.
  • In wet zones, we apply full waterproofing in accordance with building standards.
  • Waterproofing is verified each time by a water test (minimum 24 hours).

Skim coats

  • We apply a minimum of two layers of skim coat.
  • All corners are protected with aluminium beads.
  • Surfaces are checked both in daylight and under the target artificial lighting.
  • We ensure uniform flat planes on walls and ceilings.

Ceramic tiles

  • Tiles are laid using C2S1 class flexible adhesive.
  • Adhesive is applied evenly using the comb method.
  • Before installation, every batch of tiles is checked for shade, calibration and damage.
  • Before starting, substrate flatness is verified using a straightedge (max. deviation 2 mm per 2 m).
  • We use spacer and levelling systems to ensure an even surface and consistent grout joint width.
  • We pay attention to the aesthetic of the tile layout and the coherence of the overall composition.
  • Corners are executed using 45° cutting technology.

Painting

  • Before painting, we prime the surfaces.
  • Painting is carried out in a minimum of two coats.
  • Surfaces are checked for colour uniformity and absence of streaks and show-through.
  • We execute neat, precise colour cuts (wall/ceiling).

Details

  • Skirting boards and finishing elements are cut at 45°.
  • We ensure neat joints and no visible gaps.
  • Door and frame installation is carried out with plumb, level and tightness checks.
  • Windowsills are installed maintaining level, stability and proper filling.
  • Silicone application is even, continuous and neat, without gaps or voids.

Work organisation

  • Order is maintained at every stage of works.
  • Waste is removed on an ongoing basis and the work area is protected.
  • Every stage of works is checked before moving to the next.
  • All materials are checked upon receipt before use.
  • The client receives information about work progress.

Every ARVION project is executed to this standard.
