We do not require full advance payment at the project start. The payment schedule is agreed individually for each project and reflects the actual progress of works. Each stage payment is due after the completion and approval of a specific stage - documented photographically and confirmed by the client. This model gives the client full control over project financing and eliminates the risk of losing funds in the event of execution problems.
Every invoice issued by ARVION is linked to a specific schedule stage and scope of works. The client always knows what they are paying for and what works have been completed within a given payment. This approach differs fundamentally from the market practice where some contractors collect high advance payments at the start of a project without precisely defining what will be delivered for those funds.
