We design and prepare installations for Smart Home systems during apartment finishing - lighting, heating, blinds, air conditioning and light scenes. We integrate intelligent solutions with the interior project so that the whole is aesthetic, functional and ready for future expansion.
Book a Smart Home consultationOur role in the Smart Home scope is to prepare the infrastructure - cabling, junction boxes, conduits and power supplies - during the finishing works. We work with a designer or directly with the client to plan cable routes in walls and ceilings before they are enclosed. As a result the Smart Home installation is invisible, aesthetic and ready for connection of the chosen automation system. We carry out installations for leading building automation systems - both wired and wireless. The choice of system is discussed with the client at the design stage - we do not impose a single solution.
We do not program control units or configure mobile applications - that is the scope of authorised integrators with whom we cooperate or whom we recommend to clients. Our scope ends with the delivery of a complete and documented installation ready for commissioning. We ensure that every cable is properly labelled, routes are photographically documented, and the client knows what has been built in and where. This is a standard that in the future facilitates servicing, expansion or a change of control system.
Cabling for dimmers, light scenes, zone control. Routes in ceilings prepared before enclosure - no visible trunking.
Installation for thermostatic actuators, temperature sensors and underfloor or radiator heating control units with zone management capability.
Power and control cabling for external and internal blind motors, venetian blinds and motorised curtain tracks.
Routing of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery under air quality and temperature management systems.
Cable routes for in-ceiling speakers, screens, projectors and audio-video signal distribution. Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling and HDMI.
Cabling for video intercoms, electric locks, card readers and IP cameras. Power and signal routes concealed in walls.
Integrating home automation with interior finishing is significantly simpler and less costly when electrical and cabling works are performed in parallel with the renovation. Cable routes for blinds, lighting, air conditioning and audio systems can be concealed in walls and ceilings - without trunking and without subsequent chasing. When the apartment is already finished, adding the same functionality requires disturbing the finish, generates dust and downtime. This is why we discuss Smart Home at an early stage of planning, not after the plaster is applied.
Even if the client does not plan to activate all systems immediately, it is worth building in cables and boxes with a margin - the cost of cable and an electrician's time during renovation is many times lower than the cost of chasing and repairing a wall after work is complete. ARVION recommends a layered approach: first full cable infrastructure, then activating systems according to needs and budget. This gives flexibility without compromise on aesthetics.
Smart Home installations are planned at the design stage - not added to a finished interior
All cable routes concealed in walls and ceilings - no visible trunking or conduits
Documentation of cable routes - cable labelling, photographs before enclosure, installation diagram
System independence - we prepare infrastructure compatible with any protocol
Coordination with electrical, plumbing and finishing teams - one team, no route conflicts
As-built installation documentation - diagrams and photos handed over at completion
